GobVery beautiful designer vase, in porcelain, decorated with a mountain landscape with very stylized birds. Production of the virebent porcelain factory, in collaboration with the french artist yves mohy. Roll model, large dimensions. The mountain landscape decor on a very pale blue background, presents mountains flown over by stylized birds in the clouds. Decor created at the end of the 20th century, period 1970, by yves mohy for a collaboration with the virebent factory. Yves mohy: (1928-2004), french ceramist born in paris, fan of bauhaus, le corbusier and perriand. Fascinated by sandstone work, he founded his workshop with his wife monique, whom he met while studying fine arts in 1955 at la borne. From 1960 and until the end of the 1970s he created prototypes for the production of earthenware and porcelain, particularly for the virebent factory. This vase is the perfect example of this fruitful collaboration between a genius artist and a major porcelain factory. These pieces are of very high quality and deserve special attention, and deserve a defense of this know-how which is now lost. Very good dimensions, very good condition. Dimensions: height 35cm, diameter 15.5cm weight: 2.5kg.
