Old confectionery counter

Beautiful old confectionery counter dating from the 40s/50s in solid pine and fir. Good general condition of the whole, normal traces of use. Completely renovated (cleaning, stripping, sanding, treatment against xylophages, restoration of the floor in the middle in the lower part) it consists of a speckled white marble top, the marble is in good condition, there are traces of normal use by relative to its age but not broken or cracked. The structure and the feet are very stable. It is surrounded by a metal and brass splashback (very rare on counters). In the rear part there are 4 drawers (2 small and 2 large) which slide perfectly. Below there are 3 boxes for various storage. The marble will be dismantled for transport if necessary. This confectionery counter is quite rare these days, it will bring a touch of authenticity and elegance to your interior. It will be ideal in a living room as a bar, or a kitchen as a work surface, or central island separating a living room and a kitchen. May also be suitable for various businesses as a cash counter.
