Dessert plate and bowl in Meissen porcelain - bulb onion decoration 18cm

This delightful set of a plate and a bowl is made of meissen porcelain and dates from the 20th century. This superb service is decorated with the painted pattern of "zwiebelmuster" onion bulbs in blue, a meissen classic. This set is signed with double crossed swords in underglaze blue and comes from the saxe meissen porcelain factory. In very good condition, the cup measures 12.5 cm in diameter and the plate measures 18 cm in diameter.
