Floor lamp 1970

Floor lamp in the style of Harey Guzzini 1970. This iconic lamppost has a marble base, with a long arched collar, adjustable chrome and stretchy, with a lampshade reminiscent of the famous table lamps "mushroom" of guzzini. Cord and button at the foot, "walk/stop, " original lighting switch. Purchased from its original owner, this lamp is in a fantastic state of origin, with some signs of age, usage marks, and patina of time on the base, chrome and offal (see photos.) the marble base is solid and very heavy, with some lack of varnish (see photos).2 separate curved chrome pieces make up the arched neck, which are held together by 2 pieces of rectangular plastic, which allow one to loosen gently, then to stretch or shorten the neck, until a desired position. The avs plastic taupe-colored shade has a mushroom shape, which emets a subdued and tied glow when lit. Photographed with an edison bulb on one image and an ordinary light bulb on another image. Very slight signs of age and use and patina of time. No cracks. The lamp has been tested and works, with a screw bulb (see photos.) the piece has been cleaned while respecting the original patina. Dimensions: undeged height: 190 cm /maximum height or extension span: 280 cm/diameter of the shade: about 42 cm. Base: height: 12 cm X length: 30 cm X depth: 30 cm.
