Pair of 19th century Louis XV style heron candlesticks

Pretty pair of candlesticks, also called "end of table", with two lights in Louis XV style, mid-19th century. Manufactured in gilded and patinated bronze, good condition (some gaps and scratches in the patina; see photos). The candlesticks are topped with a finely carved heron with outstretched wings. Decorated with acanthus leaves and scrolls. A rare decorative set. The set is complete and in a good state of conservation. No drilling for electricity.
