Jacques boullaire (1893-1976) Illustrator of many books in the years 1930 to 1950, he was appointed official painter of the navy in 1959. Ink and ink wash on paper. Signed. "p.46: charlotte at 17" Drawing that was used to illustrate the novel "charlotte et maximilien, les amants chimériques", by princess bibesco, first published under the pseudonym lucile decaux in 1937.
