Set of 5 cups with golden flowers in Earthenware from Villeroy & Boch Vintage 1950

This delightful set of 5 cups and sub-cups features a nice décor of golden flowers. This service of villeroy and boch is made of opaque earthenware. Also called iron earth, it is of a pretty cream color. It bears the brand v-b for "villeroy & boch". This model dates from the 1950s, it can be dated quite precisely by the mention economic union france saar in the signature on the rest of the service: this union of the county of saar was established between 1947 and 1956. In good general condition, I report traces of use (cracks, scratches and wear of the gilding in places). Dimension: cups - 9 cm in diameter.
