Beautiful large vintage scheurich vase, with the iconic red, orange and black color combination, west germany fat lava pottery from the 1970s, numbered at the bottom 408-40. West germany was actually a collective name for ceramics that came onto the market roughly between 1950 and 1990. Some well-known names are roth, carstens, ruscha, jopeko, jasba, fohr, but the greatest were perhaps scheurich and bay. In perfect vintage condition, some minor production errors in the glaze, no germany vase was perfect because they were manufactured in large numbers, no cracks, breaks or chips, check the photos for more details!
