Brass cup decorated with a peacock

Very small golden metal cup, brass probably, whose bottom represents a peacock in red and blue with slight reliefs. I don't know anything about her, but I think she could do little services: to receive the wooden spoon when cooking or the tip on a restaurant table. It has small marks and stripes and the blue color overflows a little, but that's original. It measures 7 cm in diameter, 0.8 cm in height and weighs about 40 g.
