"the Couleuvre factory was created in 1789 by the Marquis of Lévis, André de Sinéty, on the eve of the French Revolution, Couleuvre is an exceptional porcelain factory with unique know-how characterized by strong reliefs and requirement of color. Thanks to its centuries-old know-how, the factory has crossed the ages and styles by reinventing itself, making it the only one of the six porcelain factories existing in Bourbonnais in the 19th century. Today, the brand becomes a symbol of the resolutely contemporary French art of living, which draws its inspiration from an extraordinary heritage of 300,000 molds and 6,500 models.”
