A classic danish mid-century rectangular extendable dining table with hidden side leaves, designed and manufactured by ar mobler in denmark the 1960s ar mobler was a less known danish comapny in the mid century period. There were back then many small workshops and factories making very good quality furniture, due to globalisation, not many surviuved to present days. It features the original manufacturer's label, verifying its age and origin. Designed for use in a dining room or a larger kitchen, it accommodates four to six people, with the capability to extend for up to eight. Guests. It stretches from 120 to 210 cm. Crafted from teak wood and teak veneer it showcases a harmonious natural grain pattern. This piece represents a simple, traditional design, highly favored in danish homes. The tabletop has been restored to excellent condition in our workshop. It has been gently sanded, meticulously polished, and coated with several layers of danish oil, maintaining the furniture's low-gloss finish characteristic of the mid-century modern production style. The resistance level during the sliding of the leaves is within the normal range. Additional dimensions: Extendable wings: 2x width: 45 cm / depth: 80 cm. Dimensions with side leaves: height: 75 cm / width: 210 cm / depth: 80 cm. Clearance height: 63 cm.
