Very nice jewelry box or porcelain candy maker by shibata. Made around 1970 in japan, this lid box is in excellent vintage condition. no cracks, chips or flaking or any other damage. The gilding is intact. Porcelain from japan from the famous brand shibata. Shibata" was founded in 1948 in otamachi, japan. She first produced high-end tea sets in japanese and european style.
