Set of four scandinavian mid century chairs

Et of four mid-century armchairs reupholstered with a new fabric. These chairs were clearly inspired by scandinavian aesthetics. The slick, angular shaped form with precise detailing are the main design feature. The designer and producer of these chairs are unknown but they are believed to be made in west germany in the late 1950’s. The ash frame has been recently refurbished to its former glory. Our experienced craftsman has carried the restoration to the highest standard, using french polishing technique and shellac varnish to hand finish the entire piece. The original fabric has unfortunately been damaged beyond repair.therefore we have replaced it with an almost identical material that perfectly contrasts with the honey colour of the ash.
