Oil canvas cbl initials portrait xviii eme woman costume

It bears initials "c b l" that are difficult to decipher. The frame is posterior with stucco, it is from the twentieth century. We report friction on the oil and many cracks and lack of materials, chancis, a significant deformation on the right, a tear on the bottom. The work is to be restored, as you can see in the photos.
