Guido Faleschini Sideboard for Hermes

Pair of furniture by guido faleschini for hermès, italy, 1970. The structures are in wood, covered with black felt on the inside and black velvet felt on the outside (including the back) and on both sides of the doors.they open onto two wooden doors sheathed on each side, adorned with two chrome steel rings, held in place by two thick straps of tan leather. 6 drawers on the right module, which can also be positioned on the left or even separated. The upper parts are in white-veined marquina marble (excellent condition) bordered at the front and back with a strip of chrome-plated metal. These 15mm thick marble slabs are removable. The base is also protected by a chrome metal plinth, as are the upper and lower edges of the doors. The sophisticated hinges are made of polished aluminum. Cabinet with doors width 100cm, cabinet with drawers 52cm.
