Lot 2 decorative plates Japan and China

Set of 2 old asian plates, richly decorated and colored with golden and iridescent reflections. For decoration and careful service. 21 cm plate: couple of peacocks and floral bouquet on a blue, pink, yellow and gold background on white porcelain. On the back: “hand-decorated decorative wall plate, made in japan”. 23cm plate: old representing an oriental chinese scene with the decorative effect of an iridescent finish (vitrified slip) which reflects a more or less golden light depending on the orientation, an effect perceptible in photos and reserved for the parts painted in bronze. Depending on the orientation, the reflection is either golden or silver. Very beautiful decorative ensemble, rich in colors, lush vegetation and a decor immediately plunging us into an oriental garden. Presence of a marking on the back 2 and 6369. This canton model with polychrome chinese-inspired decoration, covered with a glossy varnish, was produced around 1860 by the boch earthenware factory in la louvière (napoleon III period).
