Art deco hand painted enamel on metal centerpiece

Art deco centerpiece bowl hand, made of metal with the top rim hand painted with a stylized horses and lilly fleur de lys, the whole piece is very high artistic craftsmanship totally enameled inside and outside with separated by silver rims. Wear consistent with use and age, no damage or repairs, in excellent vintage condition.
