Sarreguemines set of 6 old cups in opaque earthenware molded terre de fer - fruit frieze pattern

This superb set of six plain cups is made of opaque earthenware from sarreguemines. These teacups come with their saucers. In a pretty cream color, they are decorated with molded friezes of vine leaves and fruits. Also called iron earth or china, they bear the brand "sarreguemines france" and measure approximately 9 cm in diameter X 6.5 cm in height. The saucers measure 15.2 cm in diameter. In good general condition, I note traces and scratches of use.
