Deruta italian ceramic pitcher

Old italian pitcher signed ars deruta. Hand painted ceramic pitcher. Like gubbio or urbino, deruta, which has been active since the beginning of 1900, continues to produce very good quality italian majolica. Dimensions: height 17cm sides 17x13cm vintage item quite well preserved. However, note the lack of enamel on the neck, the handle and at the bottom. Small, fairly discreet defects which were somewhat camouflaged by the previous owner. Ceramic remains quite charming and functional.
