Description
Set of 2 silver boarding school timpani decorated with a net... Slightly flared at the top. Goldsmith's hallmarks on the scale from christofle, late 19th century. These timpani are engraved 161 and 459 which correspond to numbers of boarders: each trousseau (including the dishes) were thus numbered for each student. Height: 8cm - diameter high: 7.5cm - diameter bottom: 5.5cm.
