Large sideboard in varnished wood, 1950s, berner huwil

Large sideboard with a curved facade, topped with a double top in excellent condition. Structure in varnished mahogany wood. Pointed base with gilded brass shoes. Sycamore interior, large storage volume, 4 drawers covered in blue formica. Smooth, functional locks and keys. Huwil fittings. Very good general condition for this authentic piece of furniture, made from high quality materials in the 1950s. Note small discreet defects: a crack on a drawer front and a mark on the varnish, visible in a close-up photo, next to the left foot. Beautiful shades of colors, beautiful contrasts with the interior.
