Rare table of the Directoire period

Small table serving, at the end of the eighteenth century, as a bottle refresher. Made of cherry wood, it opens with a drawer on the front. It has two zinc tanks (recent, matt black lacquered) and a solid cherry crotch top. Its top is made of white carrara marble (we note two cracks visible in the photos.) Furniture often used nowadays to present orchids. (dimensions of bins h 11 cm diameter 13.5 cm).
