Large table with its elm top 4 cm thick supported by its 4-legged oak base with their scandinavian-style bobbin finishes. The table can accommodate 10 guests very easily (see 12) leaving room: dishes, carafe, and salad bowl. Its finish is oiled with a cabinetmaker's oil, it will eventually take its own patina. I specify that elm wood is of a density close to exotic wood but keeps the veining of the oak.
