Officer's clock

Officer's clock ringing, with his key. Brass cage, enamelled quadrants, beveled glasses (a small chipped on the right side of the pendulum, at the bottom). Mention "made in france" on the brass plate on the back (bottom). Numbers 3 and 8 engraved on the door upright giving access to the brass plate on the back. Letters "s f" and "r f" engraved on the mechanism of the balance (visible by the beveled glass from the top of the pendulum). The ringing works but the needles are blocked: a cleaning and a revision are to be expected.
