Villeroy & Boch vintage floral coffee maker

A charming coffee maker and drip filter set made by villeroy & boch, luxembourg, in the 1970s. The set was made from heat-resistant porcelain and decorated with rustic fruit illustrations. It is used by placing ground coffee into a paper filter which is then placed in the filter holder. Boiling water is then slowly poured over the coffee and drips into the bellows of the pot. Since porcelain is heat resistant, coffee can be kept warm on the stovetop. Capacity: 1.5 liters dimensions: coffee pot: 8 inches high X 5 inches wide (20cm X 13cm). Drip filter: 4" high X 4.5" wide (10 cm X 11.5 cm).
