Rattan chest bench

This rattan storage bench is more than 40 years old, I remember it when it was given to my little sister when she was barely walking. After having been used a lot to store his toys and then as decoration, it then suffered the attacks of our children then was put away, until I gave it this second life after some care and small repairs. They are beautiful again and ready to be adopted! It retains traces of former inhabitants who have now disappeared, it was cleaned and treated before receiving treatment. The lid was repaired with synthetic raffia. The bottom has been wallpapered. The underside, therefore not visible, shows marks of time (it warps and cracks) on the protective layer of the wooden top, I left it to maintain protection but it could be removed without affecting the solidity of the top. 80 X h 56 X 50 cm. 4.5 kg.
