Old apothecary pot, saponacoe porcelain medicine jar, hand painted. Xixth. Very nice porcelain apothecary pot decorated with flowers on the lid and on the sides of the pot. The pot is entirely hand painted. Pharmacy jar dating from the nineteenth century. Saponacoe comes from the word saponaceous which means that has the character of soap. In perfect condition. Magnificent apothecary pot with its hand-painted floral motifs. Height: 28 cm - 11, 02 " Bottom diameter: 16 cm - 6.29" Weight: 1.7 kg.
