Old console in wood and stucco

Charming Louis XVI style wall console in wood and gilded stucco, 19th century. Top painted in Pompeii red patina and in a diamond checkerboard pattern. The base is rolling. Its truly magnificent patina makes it a rare and unique piece. Either you keep the gaps in gilding as is or you re-gild the tablet with gold leaf where the gaps are. Slight invisible lack and minor superficial crack (see photos).
