Pattern in the product; made using plastic material. Our rattan, bamboo and mother-of-pearl coated products are handcrafted by our craftsmen without using any molds in order to obtain a fixed size. Color differences, color transitions, stains, various differences at some points of our mother-of-pearl coating products are caused by the nature of the mother-of-pearl and handmade, and are reflected on the product as well. Again, there may inevitably be very small plus/minus differences in the measurement of handmade products. Bulb is not included in our product. Our product is priced per unit. It is sent in specially designed, durable packaging to prevent damage to our product. Hanger installation is included in our product. The cable hanger is sent in black color. **there are no exchanges or returns as it is custom made and handcrafted.
