Vintage French 6 Light Bronzed Effect Metal & Glass Crystal Cage Chandelier 4622

Bronzed effect metal toleware 6 side crystal cage chandelier.the chandelier is made up in the form of a 6 sided cage with recurve arms decorated with leaf details. From the cage come the 6 scrolled arms also with leaf detail and lead to cut glass candle drip holders and the candle drips are in cream. The chandelier hangs from a 5 link chain, bar and cup style ceiling fitting. The chandelier is adorned with beautiful faceted crystal droplets in different sizes with a small crystal ball hanging at the bottom. The chandelier has french braided twin core wiring with some fraying to the braid the wire itself is complete. Please see last photo. The 6 bulbs are small screw in type e14s. The frame work is solid with a lovely aged patina. The drips are in good condition with age related marks. The crystal glass droplets and bobeches are bright and free from any chips or cracks, some drops may have small nibbles nothing that detracts from their beauty.
