Large old wooden bonnet maker

Superb large antique bonnetière in raw fir, fully restored. It dates from the 1940s. The door has retained its original lock and opens and closes correctly without the need for force. It has been sanded, the door hinges have been replaced, the interior shelves and the back of the solid pine cabinet have been changed. It has been carefully treated against woodworms to preserve the quality and durability of the wood. However, there are still some old traces of woodworms in places. Both charming and practical, it is equipped with 4 shelves which offer functional storage space. The shelves are not adjustable in height. Ideal as a storage unit, it will add a rustic and authentic touch to any space in your home. Height: 196 cm. Width: 87 cm. Depth: 40 cm.
