Basket in rattan and gilded brass

Large handcrafted rattan basket, with a flat bottom, encircled with a gilded brass trim, like a creation by gabriella crespi. It can easily be diverted in large wall lamp for example. Very good condition despite its age (from the 80s/90s) a little minimal surface wear of the rattan but no broken strand. A pretty patina of use and manufacturing irregularities that largely contribute to its charm. Diameter 41 cm, height 11.5 cm.
