Holmegaard glass lamp by Michael Bang - 1972

Large model from the symmetrisk range by designer Michael Bang from the years 1972 - 1973. The 24 cm diameter foot is made of blown glass, each lamp is unique and luminous. Foot diameter 24 cm, impeccable glassware. The lampshade has been redone on its original structure and shape in dark taupe linen and lighter for the braid to harmonize with the organic pattern of the foot (fine abstract pattern with a variation of black, brown, gray). It sits on the height-adjustable support. Period patina on the frame and brass inserts. Push switch on e27 screw socket. Labels present under the base. Total height 64 cm - diameter 40 cm. Height of foot without lampshade, lampshade support included: 51 cm diameter 24 cm. Height of foot alone therefore included without support: 39 cm. Weight approximately 4 kg.
