Very rare vintage lamp in polished aluminum in very good condition. Brand: dea yang. Designed and produced by dea yang in south korea. Originally designed for oil tankers and military vehicles. The main body is made of cast aluminum with steel fittings and is in excellent condition for its age and use. Comes from a former south korean oil tanker. They have been made for the most extreme conditions and are over-designed to a delightful degree. This lamp will last a lifetime. The protective tubes are made of very shock-resistant and explosion-proof glass! This lamp is rated ip55, which means it can be safely used in bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools and wet areas. This is a remarkable lamp that could be a design solution for breakfast bars, dining rooms, kitchen islands, retail/restaurant environments. The lamp works suspended from the ceiling but also from the wall. It is an irreplaceable declaration lamp now suitable for the home and commercial scene. The lamp has been restored: Fully polished to give it a glossy finish. Re-wired it is now equipped for led t8 60cm installation very easy. The new cable extends up to 1.5 meters in length.
