Art Deco hanging lamp

French art deco plafonnier ceiling light dates from the 1930/40s.the shade is in white pate de verre glass and decorated with a beaded effect butterfly design. The shade hangs from its three original ropes with a corded wooden ceiling rose and buttons. Inside the shade is a single bulb holder and on the rim of the shade are the words made in france. The light has french twin core braided wiring and takes 1 standard bayonet bulb b22. The glass shade is complete with no cracks.the glass does have some air bubbles which is common in glass from this era. The rope on the buttons and ceiling rose is a little worn.
