This beautiful set of 12 knives is signed louis springer, a goldsmith and cutler established in strasbourg in the last century. This timeless model features an ivory-colored resin handle and a stainless steel blade. It can match all models of silverware... These are dessert, dessert and cheese knives - they measure 19.5 cm. In good condition, they show scratches from use. I point out a crack on a knife.
