Description
Magnificent old soup plates deliberately mismatched for a beautiful table with a country feel. 2 are stamped villeroy & boch, mettlach sarre. The other 2, agreste collection, iconic sarreguemines model from the 40s/50s. Very good condition, no cracks. The earthenware is very shiny, they surely must not have been used much. Note a very small lack on the burgundy border, but that's all (see photo) pretty hand-painted floral decoration and burgundy border. Dim: 25 cm.
