Vintage french hanging country lantern

French mid century country lantern style ceiling light with glass shade. The frame work is in aged effect metal with a resin wood effect bottom finial. The shade is white opaline glass and sits neatly into the frame work. The light hangs from a 1 link chain bar and cup style ceiling fitting.the light is in full working condition with its original 2 core wiring and it takes a standard bayonet bulb.the framework, chain and ceiling fitting are in good vintage condition but do have marks, pitting and patina associated with age.the glass is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.we recommend that all electrical items are checked by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations.
