Old suspension rises and falls

Ceiling light fixture chandelier. It is a “raise and lower” with an egg-shaped counterweight to adjust the height according to its use. The egg is decorated with bouquets of multicolored flowers, which is rare because most of the counterweights are all white, this gives it even more character. The lampshade is in pink-edged glass with a tiny sliver which is hidden by the claw (see photo). It has the jagged shape of a fabric. The claw is made of brass. The lampshade measures 26 cm in diameter. The chandelier is in good condition with small imperfections due to its age but remains very elegant (see photos) Electrified to French standards with a twisted wire to French standards, and a bayonet socket (b22).
