Colonial cabinet secretary of the Dutch or British colonies early 19th century from Sri Lanka

Made in Sri Lanka for military use, with the desire to be able to dismantle it easily (no nails or screws); it can be disassembled and reassembled in 2 minutes. Height: 195 cm. Width: 130 cm. Depth: 56 cm. A restoration is necessary: ebony sticks to put back in place, small gaps here and there.
