Vintage mountain edelweiss flower herbarium frame

This vintage wooden frame 70-80s presents a bouquet of mountain flowers, the sought after edelweiss. This flower, formerly called by swiss botanists "wool flower" because of its fluffy appearance, remains emblematic of the alps although native to the himalayas and siberia. Elegant composition on a black background, it is a beautiful authentic and very decorative object, with the mention on the back of the frame "real mountain flowers". In good condition, dimensions: 36x14x1.5 cm.
