French wooden milking stool hand crafted in france and dating from the early to mid 20th century.made of solid wood the stool features a round seat with a bulls eye detail which adds a touch of whimsy to a classic design. The three hand carved spindle legs are fitted in position using an old carpentry peg joint method.the stool is made completely of wood with no metallic elements, very rustic and made using traditional methods.the stool is in good vintage condition with marks and bumps associated with a used item of its nature.
