Art nouveau vase Loetz Witwe

Art deco soliflore vase, austrian glassware loetz witwe (1836-1939). In orange-coloured glass paste, attributed to the austrian workshop. The austrian glassworks/loetz is actually called "loetz witwe", named after the widow of johannes loetz, a glassmaker of whom few facts are known. World-renowned for its art nouveau productions, la manufacture loetz witwe was crowned numerous times at the paris world's fair and then around the world. After the period of great success for the period and art nouveau productions, the loetz factory produced many art deco pieces until 1939. The objects were never signed. The award of this vase to loetz witwe was confirmed by the nancy auction room. Dimensions: height: 16 cm, width 16 cm and depth: 13 cm. Weight: 600g.
