Old boiled cardboard pencil case from the Napoleon III period. Black lacquered. Astatic orientalist scene decor sedan chair, China or Japan. Polychrome decoration dominated by gold. Box, case with 3 compartments. With a small push button on the front, functional. Beautiful display item. Writing theme. Some small losses on the lacquer (see photos) but remains in very good condition given its age. Length: 22 cm. Width: 9.8 cm. Height: 3 cm.
