Great 18th century painting, allegory of winter

Cod: 10952. Antique italian painting from the mid-18th century. Oil artwork on canvas depicting allegory of winter with putti of good pictorial quality. Painting of great size and impact, characterized by excellent brightness and lively colours. Painting adorned with a 19th century wooden frame, sculpted, gilded and adapted to the painting. Structurally sound frame with small gilding drops (see photo). Square-shaped artwork (slightly taller than long by a few centimeters) ideal for placing in a living room or living room. Painting that has undergone a conservative restoration with partial relining and color recovery in some places. Canvas that shows some signs of aging and small drops in color (see photo), overall in a fair state of conservation. Sight size h 122 X w 117 cm.
