Bridal globe Napoleon showcase

Magnificent napoleon III period wedding showcase, brass and gilded metal décor, transparent glass and pressed glass pattern flowers on the back and bottom. The window was usually offered by the mother of the bride, at the top the dove symbolizes peace in the future home, in its beak the oak leaf represents the love of the couple. The large oval mirror in the center indicates the sincerity of their union, while the small diamond mirrors symbolize the number of children desired. Very nice condition, a rare and delicate piece. Height 38cm, length 22cm and depth 14cm.
