Vintage circa 40's/50's wooden farmhouse console

Vintage farm console of very good size circa 40's/50's.this magnificent piece of contemporary rustic style is simply elegant, classic and modern at the same time. It is made of wood with a walnut color finish and comes straight from the périgord where it was used as a small extra in a farm. It is in its original state, it has been completely cleaned, treated and glossed with linseed oil to preserve to its maximum its integrity and patina of time. It is solid and stable. There is a small storage drawer with its original button ( ( l 26 p 30). There are of course traces and marks of use and use on the tray the apron inside the drawer and the feet, also old small holes of woodworms, (see photos) but rather than sanding and redoing it I preferred to keep its cachet that makes its charm. Personally I see it very well in wall console against a large wall, in an entrance, a living room or bathroom, it can also be used in a more restricted place or in a kitchenette as a dining table or as a small office for a home office (space between the penetments h 62 l 67).
