Vintage decoration roller puppet

Puppet on wheels. American flag patterns, stars. Vintage 1980s, eighties. They are in their own juice but can be used as decoration. The foam in the white part has disintegrated and the red has held onto the white. Red ankle part in imitation leather. Red part on the leather toes. Simulated blue part crumbled in a few places. The structure is ok I imagine that if you want you can recover it and change the shoes on it. The casters are from the period so we are on pvc plastic I imagine not resin they don't all roll but the same can be changed. Size 10 estimated at a size 39/40 basic insoles but can be removed and can be changed. Look at the photos it’s more telling.
