Renaissance style bed, solid pear wood, many built-in drawers, craftsmanship

A large and splendid Renaissance-style bed put up for sale due to moving and lack of space in the new accommodation. It was made twenty years ago by a cabinetmaker in Forcalquier, in the Alpes de Haute Provence. It was designed on the model of Juliet's bed in Zeferelli's famous film, Romeo and Juliet. The work is very neat, all in solid pear tree and dovetails. It is full of built-in drawers, allowing you to store a lot of things. It is a very beautiful object that we would like to see pass by someone who will appreciate it. The l is currently stored, dismantled, in Forcalquier, in the workshop of the craftsman who made it.
