Scandinavian mid-century freestanding teak wall unit is a two-bay modular shelving system manufactured in the 1960s. The slightly curved edges make a warm impression, and the sculptural rails create an elegant and grand-looking statement. Three cabinets and four shelves provide enough storage capacity and space to expose books and decorations.   The wall unit shows the mastery of scandinavian design visible in details like decorative triangle sculptured handles and functional technical features like retractable doors and a pull-out tray.  This shelving system includes: One sliding door cabinet with inner shelf h: 43 / w: 83/ d: 38 cm. One cabinet with retractable doors, with inner pull-out tray h: 43 / w: 83/ d: 38 cm. One glass door cabinet h: 43 / w: 83/ d: 38 cm   Two shelves 21 cm deep. Two shelves with flanks 22 cm deep. Three teak supports 205 cm high. Brass hardware. The wall unit has been checked by our team. Since it is in almost perfect condition we have only rejuvenated the wood with danish oil, which helps to nourish and enhance the wood grain. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm its originality. Our goal is to restore the furniture to its best condition, considering they are 60 years old. Clients from all around the world have already trusted our work and its fruits. If you are new to vintage furniture, you can contact us for any possible explanations and close-ups of the piece.
